Terms of service

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after receiving your package. Products must be unused, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for return. Items damaged due to improper use by the buyer are not eligible for refund.

To initiate a return, send an email to tonykulasbevh@hotmail.com including your order number and clear photos of the merchandise. Our support team will respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Final sale, personalized, and perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
